Made to Order & Delivery

Yogerst Solutions prepares or personalizes products to order. You can place an order even when the item is not physically on our shelf.

Production and shipping timeline

Our standard preparation time is 5–7 business days after your order and any required artwork or personalization details are approved. This time allows us to source materials, make or personalize the item, package it, and hand it to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Carrier transit time is additional. The date an order ships is not the date it will arrive. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Larger, highly customized, or supplier-delayed orders may take longer; if we expect a delay, we will contact you. All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Local delivery

Free local delivery may be arranged for eligible addresses within approximately 10 miles of Hortonville, Wisconsin. Contact us to confirm your address and arrange delivery. We will coordinate the date and time once your order is ready. Local delivery is arranged individually and may not be shown as an automatic checkout option.

Personalization and special requests

Products can be personalized with names, messages, and logos when the material permits. For business orders, larger quantities, or special artwork requirements, please contact Yogerst Solutions before ordering.
