Shipping Policy
I ship within the United States and offer local delivery in the Hortonville, WI area.
Processing time
All Yogerst Solutions products are made or prepared to order. Estimated delivery is 7 - 10 days from order confirmation, including personalization and shipping or local delivery. Larger or highly customized orders may require additional time, which will be communicated.
Shipping options and costs
Available options and costs are shown at checkout. My current options are:
- Standard shipping: flat rate of $8.00
- USPS shipping: carrier-calculated rate with a $2.00 handling fee
- Local delivery: free within 10 miles of Hortonville, WI 54944
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of Hortonville, WI 54944, at no charge. Once your order is ready, I'll text or email you to set up a drop-off time. Please make sure your email address and delivery address are accurate at checkout. Addresses outside the 10 mile radius are not eligible for local delivery and can choose Standard or USPS shipping instead.
Delivery
After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery times and are outside my control.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you need to change it, email me right away at brian@yogerstsolutions.com. I can only update the address before your order ships or is delivered, and I'm not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or lost packages
