How long does an order take?

Most orders are ready in 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof.

Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver?

Free pickup is available, and we offer free local delivery within 10 miles of Hortonville. Shipping is also available at checkout for everyone outside that area.

How do I care for my item?

Powder coated Polar Camel tumblers are dishwasher safe. Leather and leatherette wrapped pieces are hand wash only. Slate and leatherette coasters should be wiped with a damp cloth and are not dishwasher safe.
